   PRESCHOOL Lunch Order Form       

Prince of Peace school offers hot lunches to students each day of the week. The food is prepared in the school cafeteria. Along with a variety of entree choices, students always have the choice of ordering a Salad Entree with fruit & roll, a Bagel/Cream Cheese with yogurt & fruit, OR Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich & fruit.

If your child will not be attending school and you would like a credit for a meal, please call the Kitchen by 8:30 am to receive your credit. Kitchen phone is 824-7886 ext. 33.

Please make checks payable to Prince of Peace. We are dedicated to serving your child nutritious, plentiful, appealing lunches. Substitutions may be made depending on availability of goods.
