Resurrection Stories in the Gospels
The gospel stories of the resurrection of Jesus are at the core of Christian faith, revealing the nature of God, the person of Jesus, and the path of every disciple. All four Gospels include stories of Jesus’s post-Resurrection appearances. There are commonalities and differences among them. The stories are rich, emotional, sometimes mysterious, and essential to our understanding of Jesus.
This series will be led by Dr. Dale Wisely. It is an excellent opportunity for study, prayer, and reflection as we approach Lent & Easter. Note for our Lunch & Learn “regulars.” This series will be on Thursdays, not our usual Mondays.
